What we do
Coffee and tea, breakfast, light lunch, cakes and pastries, takeaway, and small gatherings. No alcohol.
Breakfast
A daytime breakfast menu served from opening. Ingredients and allergen information for every item are available at the counter before you order.
Light Lunch
Plates, bowls and sandwiches made to order through the middle of the day. Dishes change, so the allergen information is checked against what is actually being made that day.
Cakes & Pastries
Cakes, pastries and bakes. Several contain nuts, and nuts are handled in the same kitchen as everything else, so please ask if that matters to you.
Takeaway
Most of what we serve can be taken away. Hot food taken away should be eaten promptly; we cannot advise on reheating food once it has left us.
Small Gatherings
Small groups and informal gatherings in the cafe, arranged in advance. We will tell you honestly whether we can accommodate the dietary requirements in your group before you commit to anything.
Why no alcohol?
Because selling it needs a premises licence and a designated premises supervisor under the Licensing Act 2003, and because a cafe that does not sell it stays the same place all day. We hold no licence, we are not applying for one, and nothing on this website should be read as offering alcohol.
